Swimming with cousins

After a long day of cleaning (yuck), and after daddy went to work, Ben, the girls and I went to Nuna’s house to swim with her and the boys!  I was in the pool most of the time as well, so all I managed to get was pictures of the babies!  But, they are pretty stinking cute, don’t ya think??



Max 9 mos., Finley 5 mos..



They are almost exactly (Max Sept 20 and Finley Jan 16) 4 months apart.  Can’t believe how much babies grow in their first year!



These two are sweet as pie, but I have a feeling they might cause some trouble together one day ;)  Their looks alone may just get them out of it!  HA!

A fun day with some sweet boys

I started my Monday off with working.  But don’t let that fool you, it was only for four hours!  That is about my average these days, and I love it!!
When I got off work, I stopped and grabbed Mia some lunch, picked her and Finley up from daddy and us girls headed to the park with a friend, Cassie and her sweet boy Sam.  We haven’t actually seen each other since Sam was 3 months and Mia was about 10 months!  But with Facebook, blogs and texts, we picked up like we hadn’t missed a beat!  The kids had fun and it was nice to have adult conversation!


We came home, had quiet time and then went to Mia’s FAVORITE big cousins baseball games!!

Tomorrow is a big day!  Mia’s last day of 3 year old preschool and her first best friend sleep over!!

Cousin time!

Mia was so excited to get to spend some time with her big (and little) cousins! She absolutely loves these boys!

So excited to make a Christmas ornament!


She usually isn’t a big crafty person, but she was stoked about this one!!



I was once worried about how she would do with a little sibling, but now I know!  She is IN LOVE with babies.  She just wanted to sit and hold baby Max and talk to him and give him his paci.  She kept covering her mouth (instead of eyes!), and saying “BOO!” to make him smile!  Makes my momma heart swoon! 

The biggest thing I am going to have to worry about is her OVER helping and wanting to do everything!  At least until the newness wears off ;)


And, the partners in crime!  HAHA!

Froyo and Toy Story on Ice

Friday night we spent some time with Meme and B while Daddy and Poppy worked.  We went to Hobby Lobby so I could buy stuff for my wreath I made, and then went out for frozen yogurt with our cousins!!

Saturday we went to see Toy Story on Ice.  This was Mia's birthday present from us.  It was soo much fun!
