Although you probably couldn’t care less, I just wanted to show you how pretty our food has been lately!!
Breakfast…
Organic brown egg omelet, with sautéed mushrooms, onion and spinach. Topped with fresh organic salsa, avocado and a little bit of cheese! Complete with a juice, of course!
Dinner tonight was on the run. We were trying to think of a healthy alternative and Mia wanted pizza, so we made it work!
Gluten free veggie pizza for mom and dad, gluten free pepperoni for the girls. That is a win!
It’s not as hard to eat healthy as I previously thought :)
