Kindergarten, shopping and lunch!

This morning we got all of Mia’s Kindergarten paperwork finalized and picked up her supply list!!  I don’t know why, but I was excited, yet, so sad.  She has been in preschool for the past two years, but this is a whole new level.  Ish just got real, folks.  She will be gone ALL day, EVERY day through the week.  WHEN the heck did that happen?!  My little fighter NICU baby is headed off to school and in one hand, I am a PROUD mama, but on the other, I want to hold her and keep her little forever. 

We headed toward the mall with Meme and Poppy, the girls and Jackson, to look for Mia some new school tennis shoes and a backpack!

We also picked up a blanket (the one like the girls and I have) for Jackson.  I love making “blankie babies”!!!  I’m 2 for 2 so far ;)

Lunch at Chuy’s!!!  Finley was seriously dipping her chips in the salsa (that is pretty spicy) and LOVING it!


A full day makes for successful car-to-bed nap transfers! HA
